While many of our beloved residents communicate differently, need help with feeding or bathing, or understand the world at a one-year-old level, they gift us with profound lessons every day. They show us the triumphant human spirit, teach us to celebrate the smallest victories, and remind us that love in its purest form asks nothing in return. In their vulnerability and innocence, our Little Eden family transforms our understanding of what it means to truly live and love.

Special Christmas wishes
A Christmas party is being planned for our special angels on 4 December, and we’re looking for a little help to make sure everyone has a gift to unwrap.The delight at each receiving a brightly wrapped gift just for them is a privilege to witness.
Swinging with Heart
On 24 October 2024, we hosted our annual golf day at Modderfontien Golf Club. Sponsors set up early in a misty and cool morning, but by the time the golfers arrived, the sky had cleared and a beautiful day lay ahead.
5 New wheelchairs for Little Eden Society
From inception to September 2024, Aquazania was able to collect 20,463 kg of used bottle caps, which were sold for approximately R40,876 – enough to purchase fifteen standard wheelchairs.
Meet our new CEO
We are delighted to introduce Ms Ann Coetzee, who has been appointed Chief Executive Officer by the LITTLE EDEN Society Board. She will be joining us from 1 November 2024.
Help 14-year old Daniel raise funds for LITTLE EDEN
After doing his school community service at LITTLE EDEN, Daniel, a grade 8 student at St Benedicts decided to raffle hampers of artisanal products to raise funds for our special angels.
Passionate new therapists improve residents’ wellbeing
The combined efforts of these two professionals have already begun to make a noticeable difference, bringing smiles, comfort, and a wonderful sense of achievement to children and adults living with profound intellectual and physical disabilities.
