Shortly after our 56th Annual General Meeting, the Board of Governors accepted the resignation of our CEO, Mrs Xelda Rohrbeck, who made the difficult decision to step down owing to health and medical reasons.

Our 56th Annual General Meeting took place on 20 July 2024 at the OR Tambo City Lodge in Kempton Park. It was a wonderful opportunity to bring together members, donors, community supporters and families of the Society’s residents to reflect on the past year and discuss future goals.

Thanks to the exceptional generosity of an overseas donor, we not only have an upgraded kitchen at our Edenvale facility, but a comprehensive makeover to the laundry as well.
